Kindly refrain from calling or texting outside of these hours, as I will not respond. **Appointment Policies:** - A **non-refundable deposit** is required for all appointments. This is to ensure your commitment to the scheduled service. - Each service includes a **wash and blow-dry**. I kindly ask that you arrive with your hair detangled and free of any previous styling. The time allocated for your appointment is dedicated solely to the booked service. If you require detangling or a braid take-down, please schedule this in advance. **Product Use:** I exclusively use professional products, each carefully selected to meet your individual needs. **Health and Conduct:** - If you are feeling unwell, I will cancel your appointment, regardless of mask use. - Children are not permitted to eat in the chair, and bathroom breaks should be taken prior to your appointment. Good behavior is expected at all times. - Children must be aged 6 and up. If your child is younger, the appointment will be canceled due to my age policy. Parents are required to accompany children throughout the appointment. **Same-Day Appointments:** Please note that same-day appointments will require full payment immediately upon booking. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the appointment. Do not book a service before confirming payment. Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 65% charge of the scheduled service. 🚫 No Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. ⏰ Late Policy A $25 late fee will apply after the first 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, your appointment must be rescheduled, and a $25 rebooking fee will be required. ( which is equivalent to paying another deposit. ✨ Professional Courtesy Please arrive on time to ensure all clients can be serviced promptly. Late fees will be automatically added to your appointment when applicable. 📍 Appointment Reminders Make sure you have your appointment address confirmed at least one day prior.
