Kindly refrain from calling or texting outside of these hours, as I will not respond. **Appointment Policies:** - A **non-refundable deposit** is required for all appointments. This is to ensure your commitment to the scheduled service. - Each service includes a **wash and blow-dry**. I kindly ask that you arrive with your hair detangled and free of any previous styling. The time allocated for your appointment is dedicated solely to the booked service. If you require detangling or a braid take-down, please schedule this in advance. **Product Use:** I exclusively use professional products, each carefully selected to meet your individual needs. **Health and Conduct:** - If you are feeling unwell, I will cancel your appointment, regardless of mask use. - Children are not permitted to eat in the chair, and bathroom breaks should be taken prior to your appointment. Good behavior is expected at all times. - Children must be aged 6 and up. If your child is younger, the appointment will be canceled due to my age policy. Parents are required to accompany children throughout the appointment. **Same-Day Appointments:** Please note that same-day appointments will require full payment immediately upon booking. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the appointment. Do not book a service before confirming payment. Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hrs of your apt time will result in 65% charge of the service scheduled. No shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late clients charged $25 for the first 15 mins. Must reschedule after 30 min. If you wish to rebook after a no show the fee is $25. If you call I’m very lenient. I will allow a same day appointment change with no additional fee attached. But only if you call 1 hour or more in advance. If you call under an hour you will be charged.
